We collect the information you provide when creating an account and running campaigns: your name, email address, and business details (name, address, phone number, website). We also collect usage data and payment information processed securely via Stripe. We never store your full card details.
Your business details are used solely to submit your listings to directories as part of your campaign. Your email is used to send campaign results and service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data including submitted listings and results are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@citationhq.co.uk.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@citationhq.co.uk.
We use essential cookies, those required for the service to function, and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data on Google's servers, which may be outside the UK. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
