CitationHQ submits your business details to UK online directories on your behalf. You provide your business information and we handle the submission process. Results are provided as-is - while we make every effort to successfully submit to all directories, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every directory as each has its own editorial policies.
You confirm that the business information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to create or claim listings for the business. You are responsible for ensuring your business details are up to date. Do not use CitationHQ to create listings for businesses you do not own or manage.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Campaigns are charged at the point of purchase. Given the nature of the service (manual submission work begins immediately), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your campaign results, contact us within 14 days at hello@citationhq.co.uk.
CitationHQ and Burfield Digital Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the campaign in question. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party directories.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
